We expect all applicants to be reasonably
proficient
with and provide their own home
office, computer and
broadband connection - you
work from home and this is how you get to work, all other
work related costs are reimbursed.
You will work as a member of a close
'virtual' team with full support and training.
Staff Broker Are you tired
of the grind of trying to constantly drum up new business.
We have opportunities for accredited brokers to work on
a flat hourly rate plus performance bonuses - say 20 to 30 hours per
week and you can continue to write your
own loans for your
own clients and keep your upfront and trail. This will be subject to
negotiation and your aggregator arrangements.

Broker's Assistant
You may have some
finance experience but attention to detail and ability to learn
quickly is more important. You also need to have good customer
relationship skills with a good phone manner (no sales involved) and
good written and verbal communications.
The person we are looking for may be someone
like:
-
a Mum with young children
-
a retired or
semi-retired person looking for a challenge
-
a person restricted
by location or disability keen to work from
home
You will assist staff brokers with chasing up
documentation, checking policy with lenders, monitoring
application progress, completing forms and keeping our clients
informed.
We envisage 15 to 25 hours per week and there
is some flexibility as to what these hours will be.
This would be a good stepping stone to becoming a staff broker. We
are happy to start slowly and build your work load or throw you into
the deep end.
